Open Pantry for Suppliers
Open Pantry is one system that runs a food wholesale business end to end: it captures the orders your customers send, turns them into picks and deliveries, invoices them automatically, syncs the result to your accounting package, and shows you the margin on every line. Each feature below has its own page explaining exactly how it works.
Trusted by 600+ suppliers delivering to 5,000+ venues across Australia and New Zealand.
Every order in one place, however your customers choose to send it.
Email, SMS and photo orders read automatically and turned into real orders — no retyping.

You can start with one part. Most suppliers begin with order capture and the branded ordering app, because that is where the manual typing is, then switch on pick and pack, invoicing and inventory as they go. Every feature works on its own and works better alongside the others.
Ordering, pick and pack, delivery and invoicing are core. Accounting sync and inventory sit on the Pro plan. AI order capture, the white-label branded ordering app, the warehouse, production, food safety and advanced delivery tools, EDI and store integrations, and the Claude and ChatGPT connector sit on the Enterprise plan. The pricing page sets out exactly what is in each plan.
No. Open Pantry runs the ordering, fulfilment and invoicing side, then syncs invoices, credits and payments into Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks or Sage so your accountant keeps working the way they already do. You do not enter anything twice.
Yes. The same product can be sold by carton, tray, kilogram or each, with the price, the pick slip and the invoice all reflecting the unit the customer actually ordered in. Catch-weight items are priced on the weight that was picked.
Most suppliers are taking live orders within a few weeks. Your catalogue and customer list are imported for you, and you can run Open Pantry alongside your current process while your customers move across.
They can, but they do not have to. Venues can order through your branded app, through the web, or keep emailing and texting exactly as they do now — AI order capture reads those and turns them into real orders on your system.
No. Open Pantry is your own software. Your catalogue, your pricing and your customer list are yours alone, and no other supplier can see them.
We will load your products and your customers, and walk you through the features that matter to your run.
