Add sub-measurements to your Inventory Lists .

1. Click “☰” on the top-left corner and go to Restaurant Pro Suite and click the Inventory section.
2. Select any product to which you want to add a sub-measurement, click the three-dot icon next to it, and then select "Add sub-measurement".
3. You will be redirected to a page where you can enter the details of the sub-measurement you wish to add. For example, if the product is “Cooper Dark Ale Bottles” sold by the case, you may want to add a secondary measurement such as “Bottle.” If each case contains 12 bottles, simply input that quantity in the designated field.
4. Once you have entered all the details of the desired sub-measurement, simply click 'Save' to add it to your inventory list.

In stocktaking, creating a sub-measurement allows you to manage inventory more efficiently by linking smaller units within a larger unit. For example, one case contains 12 bottles, each identified by a separate barcode. By assigning a barcode to the case and another to the sub-measure (the bottles), scanning the case barcode automatically updates your stock count by 12 bottles.

This system reduces manual counting errors and speeds up inventory processes, providing accurate stock levels quickly and improving overall inventory management.
