Customers email me orders — can they go in automatically?

Yes. Open Pantry gives you a unique inbound email address that turns emailed orders into digital ones automatically. Find it under the account menu → Company Profile & Settings → Send orders to this email. Forward emails, PDFs or messages to that address and Open Pantry creates the order for you — no manual re-typing.
