Q: How do I charge different freight or delivery fees for different customers?

This is a two-step setup — create the rule, then assign it: Create your freight rules. Account menu (top right) → Business settings → Delivery → Freight rules . Each rule sets a fee, minimum order, free delivery over, cut-off time and optional custom delivery days. Use Add New Rule to create more and mark one as the default. Assign a rule to a customer. Open the customer (Customers → the customer → Delivery tab) and choose their Freight rule . Each customer has one rule, which overrides the default for them.
