Does Open Pantry integrate with Xero and other accounting systems?

Yes. Open Pantry connects to Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB and Unleashed.

Once you connect one, your orders can flow straight through to your accounting system as draft invoices, ready for you to check and send — so you are not typing the same order in twice.

A guided setup wizard walks you through connecting, with steps tailored to the system you are using. Along the way you choose what to keep in sync, such as your customers, your product catalogue, and your accounts and tax codes.

The split stays clean: Open Pantry is where the operational work happens — ordering, picking, packing and delivery — and your accounting system stays the place invoices are finalised, sent and reconciled.
