How do I set a customer's delivery schedule?

A delivery schedule is set in one of two places, depending on whether it’s for one customer or many:

1. For one customer (the main way). Open the customer (Customers → the customer → Delivery tab) and click Edit delivery days.
2. For a group of customers. Use a freight rule: account menu → Business settings → Delivery → Freight rules → edit a rule → Advanced scheduling (optional). Turn on Custom Day Overrides to choose the delivery days and set a Delivery day buffer. Apply that rule to everyone who should share the schedule.
