Where do I find my invoice?

Open the order in Order History and go to Options → Invoice. Once your supplier has issued it, choose View invoice (or open it in Xero or QuickBooks if that’s where your supplier invoices). You can also download the purchase order or an order summary there.

Invoices are issued by your supplier, not by Open Pantry. If there’s no invoice yet, your supplier hasn’t sent it — reach out to them.
