What is "check off" and how do credits work?

Check off lets you confirm what actually arrived against what you ordered. When your delivery comes in, open the order and check off each item as received. If something is missing, short-supplied, or not right, mark it — Open Pantry automatically raises a credit request to your supplier for those items, so you're only paying for what you actually got. Your supplier reviews and approves the credit.
