Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime, and a full refund within 30 days. This applies to every paid Open Pantry plan: Menu Profit Manager, Restaurant AI Manager, Pro Lite and Pro Standard.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel any plan at any time, with no cancellation fee. Cancel in the app under Billing, or email info@theopenpantry.com. Cancelling stops all future payments, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

30-day full refund

If Open Pantry isn't right for you, ask within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount you paid — monthly, yearly or one-off. No questions asked.

How to get a refund

Email info@theopenpantry.com from your account email address and tell us which plan to refund. We refund to the card or payment method you paid with.

Nothing to send back

Open Pantry is online software, so there is nothing to return, no return shipping and no restocking fee.
