M&J Chickens Launches New Online Ordering System and App in Partnership with Open Pantry

M&J Chickens has partnered with hospitality platform Open Pantry to launch a new online ordering system and mobile app for its foodservice customers, making it faster and easier for venues to place accurate orders from any device.

The new system brings M&J’s product range into a clear, easy-to-use digital experience designed for busy kitchens – helping chefs move away from phone calls, handwritten dockets and manual order entry.

What Customers Can Expect

With the new M&J online ordering system and app, customers will be able to:

  • Browse their M&J product range in one place
  • See pricing and product details before they order
  • Reorder regular items in seconds using favourites and pantry lists
  • Place accurate orders from phone, tablet or desktop
  • Set up recurring orders for core products so they never miss a delivery

The experience is built around how kitchens already operate – putting usual products front and centre, and making it simple to review and submit orders in just a few clicks or taps.

Alongside the web portal, M&J customers will also have access to a dedicated ordering app powered by Open Pantry. The app is designed for chefs and venue managers who are constantly on the move:

  • Review recent orders and make adjustments on the go

Whether customers prefer to order from their office desktop or their phone on the kitchen floor, the experience is consistent and connected.

Getting Started with Your M&J Online Ordering

Rollout and Access

Customers will receive login credentials via email from Open Pantry.

Once logged in, they can:

  1. Browse their regular products or search the full M&J range
  2. Add items to their cart and review pricing
  3. Submit orders for their usual delivery days, on existing terms
  4. Set favourites, pantry lists and recurring orders to speed up future ordering
